Location:

Duties:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including but not limited to regulatory compliance disputes, licensing issues, contractual disputes, and intellectual property litigation.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare for and attend court appearances, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients on potential litigation risks and opportunities.
  • Assist with business development initiatives, including client outreach, marketing efforts, and networking events.
  • Stay informed about developments in relevant areas of law and proactively contribute to professional growth and knowledge sharing within the firm.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar of MA or CO and in good standing.
  • Minimum of two years of litigation experience.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral advocacy and courtroom presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service excellence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with business development and client relationship management is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the state bar (MA or CO).
