Duties

  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs with attention to detail and legal accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the firm.
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in divorce and family law.
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and in good standing.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage complex legal cases and meet client needs effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
