Duties

• Provide legal counsel on alternative procedures to probate.
• Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and estate plans.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in probate law.
• Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Attend court hearings and trials as needed.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in probate law preferred.
• Strong understanding of Texas probate laws, estate administration, and litigation.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a legal team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
