A law firm seeks a dedicated and experienced Litigation Attorney to advocate for clients in personal injury and property damage cases. Duties

• Manage a caseload of approximately 35-40 litigation files.

• Represent clients in personal injury and property damage cases, from pre-suit through trial.

• Conduct depositions, motion practice, and discovery.

• Work collaboratively with paralegals and legal assistants to prepare for trial.

• Participate in jury trials across Florida, advocating for client interests.

• Stay informed on legal developments and attend seminars to enhance trial skills.

• Maintain professional communication with clients and legal teams.

Requirements

• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

• Minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience.

• Trial experience required, including first-chair trial experience.

• General litigation experience, including motion practice and depositions.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Effective communication and client management skills.

• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

• Experience with SmartAdvocate® case management software is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
