Professional Liability Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments.
• Representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations related to professional liability claims.
• Providing legal counsel and guidance to clients on professional liability matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of legal experience, focusing on professional liability cases.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrated interest and expertise in professional liability areas, including attorney malpractice, broker errors and omissions, architects and engineers errors and omissions, and employment-related issues.
• Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida State Bar.
