Duties:

• Handle a wide variety of construction defect cases, managing them from initial investigation through resolution.
• Provide legal guidance and strategic advice to clients on complex construction defect issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs related to construction defect claims.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and legal arguments.
• Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and other team members to ensure successful case outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of case progression and client communications.
• Uphold the highest professional standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Construction Defect litigation.
• Proven track record of handling complex construction defect cases.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present legal concepts.
• Excellent references and a history of professional stability.
• An active member of the California Bar in good standing.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
