Job Overview:

  • Manage a full caseload of pre-suit personal injury cases.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, gather relevant documents, and analyze intake information.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance on their cases.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance providers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Duties:

  • Manage and negotiate cases with insurance providers.
  • Oversee a dedicated full-time legal assistant.
  • Conduct regular client communication and maintain client relationships.
  • Open new files and initiate initial client contact.
  • Verify insurance coverage and liability issues.
  • Coordinate client's medical care and appointments.
  • Monitor case status and review medical records.
  • Organize and maintain case files for submission to demand writers.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing a heavy personal injury caseload.
  • Active membership in the Bar Association with good standing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to empathize with clients and provide compassionate representation.
  • Determination to achieve the best results for clients and win cases.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Consistent record of attendance, reliability, and integrity.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Education and Certifications:
