Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation and negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes
• Perform in-depth legal research and analysis to guide case strategies
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and other involved parties
• Offer expert legal advice to clients, explaining their rights and possible courses of action

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar in good standing
• Proven experience in litigation and case negotiation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active State Bar membership (required)
