Location:

• Dallas, Texas

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation cases from pre-litigation through trial
• Develop and execute litigation strategies to maximize settlements and verdicts
• Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Draft and respond to motions, pleadings, and discovery requests
• Work closely with clients, medical providers, and expert witnesses
• Represent clients in state and federal courts across Texas

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Proven track record of successful verdicts and high-value settlements
• Strong knowledge of Texas personal injury laws, civil procedure, and trial strategy
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Texas (in good standing with the Texas Bar)
