Business Litigation Associate Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Meet with prospective clients, assess their needs, and devise legal strategies
• Draft and finalize legal documents, including pleadings
• Supervise and delegate work to paralegals and assistants
• Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Interact directly with clients, maintaining communication and providing updates
• Ensure high standards of quality work and client service
• Manage competing priorities and case loads effectively

Requirements:

• Active member of the Texas Bar
• 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, corporate work, or business disputes
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage confidential client information with discretion and integrity
• Solid time management and computer skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school (preferred)

Certifications:

• Active Texas Bar license (required)
