Duties:

• Meet with clients to understand their cases, providing legal advice and support while fostering trust and respect.
• Evaluate personal injury and property damage claims, assessing their merits and potential for settlement.
• Communicate regularly with clients, offering case updates and responding to inquiries.
• Negotiate with insurance companies regarding claims status, demands, and settlement offers.

• Work collaboratively with a legal team while maintaining the ability to operate independently in an office setting.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• An active member of the Texas Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience evaluating and managing personal injury claims.

Education:
