This role involves managing a team of pre-litigation attorneys, overseeing various aspects of litigation, and ensuring optimal case development and trial preparation.

Duties:

  • Manage a team of pre-litigation attorneys, providing guidance on litigation matters such as pleadings, discovery, and depositions.
  • Ensure proper case development and preparation for trial to maximize value in cases.
  • Utilize sophisticated technology to manage cases efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with other departments and provide leadership in handling pre-litigation issues.
  • Develop strategies for team performance and growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury practice.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-litigation processes, including pleadings, discovery, and depositions.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
