Duties:

• Manage and handle a diverse caseload of business litigation matters, focusing on commercial disputes and professional liability cases.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, providing effective legal counsel and advocacy.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, and prepare detailed legal memoranda.
• Participate in client meetings and communicate complex legal issues in an easily understandable manner.
• Collaborate with other team members while working independently on individual cases and tasks.
• Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witnesses, and conducting depositions.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in business litigation, with an emphasis on commercial litigation or professional liability.
• Admission to the New York State Bar is required.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues, with a strong focus on analytical reasoning and writing skills.
• Experience representing clients in both state and federal courts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Desire and drive to develop trial experience and take on challenging legal work.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
