  • Represent clients in court, advocating for their interests in various legal matters.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategic approaches that enhance the firm's standing.

  • Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations, such as TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code, to provide knowledgeable legal guidance.

Requirements:

  • Must be a member in good standing of the Missouri Bar and licensed (or able to obtain licensure quickly) in the Missouri federal district and bankruptcy courts.
  • Preference for candidates with 5+ years of litigation experience; newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with the Missouri legal system and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Missouri State Bar is required.
  • Additional Bar licenses in other states are a plus.
