Transactional Attorney

A law firm seeks a dedicated and skilled Transactional Attorney to join its dynamic team in Boise, ID. Duties

• Manage and oversee various transactional legal matters, including contracts, mergers, acquisitions, and other business agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound advice to clients on transactional issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and team members to achieve favorable outcomes in transactions.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the process.
• Assist in business development efforts by participating in client meetings and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Idaho State Bar.
• Three (3) years of experience in transactional law.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Idaho State Bar.
