A law firm in Oklahoma City is seeking an Associate Attorney with corporate experience. The ideal candidate will have Bar admission and a background in corporate law to contribute to the firm's legal practice.

 

Duties:

  • Assist senior attorneys in corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and contractual agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support corporate transactions and client advice.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties involved in corporate transactions.
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and due diligence processes as required.
  • Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and client expectations.

 

Requirements:

  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Strong understanding of corporate legal principles and practices.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

 

Education:
