A law firm seeks a Seasoned Real Estate Attorney for their New York City office. The Seasoned Real Estate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of real estate matters and should bring a book of business. Bar admission is required.

 

Duties:

  • Handle a variety of real estate matters
  • Bring a book of business
  • Represent clients in real estate transactions
  • Provide legal advice and counsel on real estate issues
  • Draft and negotiate real estate contracts and agreements
  • Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions
  • Manage real estate closings
  • Work closely with clients to understand their real estate needs
  • Stay up-to-date on real estate laws and regulations

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Bar admission

 

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
