Duties:

  • Draft and review estate planning documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
  • Guide domestic estate, gift, and income tax planning.
  • Collaborate with clients and co-advisors to manage estate planning strategies effectively.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients' needs.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills to manage client relationships and case files.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the firm's strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in private client or estate planning law.
  • Demonstrated ability in drafting both standard and complex estate planning documents.
  • Familiarity with domestic and international estate tax planning is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • An LLM degree is a plus.
  • Must be eligible to be barred in Florida.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Bar admission in Florida (or eligibility to take the Bar).

Skills:
