• Manage corporate legal matters from inception through resolution.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active and valid Bar license.
• Experience in corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contracts, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Client-focused with a proactive approach to legal solutions.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid Bar license in Illinois.
