This position offers an exciting opportunity to represent condominium associations in legal matters, providing strategic counsel, and handling a range of legal issues that affect property owners, associations, and developers.

Duties:

  • Provide legal representation to condominium associations in Hawaii, including litigation and transactional matters.
  • Advise on legal issues relating to property management, association governance, and disputes between unit owners and associations.
  • Draft, review, and enforce governing documents, including declarations, bylaws, and rules.
  • Handle cases involving construction defects, contracts, and insurance claims.

Requirements:
