Job Overview:
A distinguished law firm in New York is seeking an experienced and compassionate Personal Injury Attorney to advocate for clients seeking justice and compensation for their injuries. Duties:

• Manage personal injury case files from start to finish.
• Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal guidance to prospective clients.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation proceedings.
• Conduct negotiations with insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and other involved parties.
• Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather case information.
• Develop case strategies and ensure legal documentation is accurate and timely.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation and trial work.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law, tort law, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and civil litigation.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association.
• License to practice law in the state of New York (Required).
