Duties

  • Handle commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and development.
  • Assist with real estate finance matters.
  • Draft and negotiate complex agreements and documents.
  • Manage significant project responsibilities and work with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to provide efficient legal solutions.
  • Participate in client-facing situations and provide exceptional service.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Experience in acquisitions, dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Superior drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle significant responsibilities and manage multiple projects.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented.
  • Comfort in client-facing situations and the ability to foster strong client relationships.
  • Admission to the New Jersey Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
