A law firm seeks an experienced Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney to join its legal team in Hackensack, NJ. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience managing personal injury cases from inception through pretrial stages. Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases from initial investigation through pretrial stages, including case evaluations, drafting legal documents, and negotiations.
• Provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients, advocating for their rights and fair compensation.
• Assess potential cases to determine viability and develop strategic approaches for case success.
• Conduct legal research, analyze relevant case law, and develop compelling legal arguments.
• Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to ensure effective case management and meet deadlines.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure clear communication with clients, opposing counsel, and relevant parties.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the New Jersey State Bar (required); additional state admissions preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing personal injury cases, including hands-on experience from case initiation to pretrial.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Active New Jersey Bar License (required).

Skills:

• Strong case management skills with the ability to handle a variety of personal injury cases.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
