  • Conduct a thorough analysis of legal documents and real estate records to ensure compliance with title standards.

  • Ensure all documentation meets legal standards and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
  • Handle any title insurance company approvals, if applicable.

Requirements:

  • Active Bar license in North Carolina (South Carolina Bar admission is a plus).
  • Experience conducting and reviewing title searches.
  • Familiarity with title insurance procedures and certifications is preferred.
  • Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar membership in good standing.

Certifications:

  • North Carolina Bar License required.
  • A South Carolina Bar License is preferred.
