This position offers an opportunity to work on municipal finance transactions, collaborating with governments, underwriters, and banks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public finance, tax, and securities law and be prepared to take on significant responsibilities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Location:

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel on municipal finance transactions.

  • Work with government entities, underwriters, and banks on financial matters.

  • Advise clients on tax and securities law issues related to public finance.

  • Draft and review legal documents and financial agreements.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in public finance law.

  • Familiarity with municipal finance, tax, and securities law.

  • Experience working with government agencies, underwriters, and financial institutions.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle significant responsibilities in a fast-paced legal setting.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in good standing in the state of practice.

Skills:

  • Expertise in municipal finance law and regulatory compliance.

  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
