Duties:

  • Respond to office actions and manage communications with the USPTO.
  • Collaborate with inventors and clients to gather detailed technical information.
  • Develop and implement strategies for patent portfolio management and protection.
  • Monitor and track deadlines for patent filings and responses.
  • Provide strategic advice on patent-related matters and intellectual property strategy.
  • Stay current with changes in patent law and technological advancements.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in patent prosecution.
