Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of employment law litigation, including case development and legal strategy.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 1-3 years of experience practicing employment law.
  • Strong experience in employment litigation, including case development, discovery, and brief writing.
  • Superior academic credentials and a solid understanding of employment law principles.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple complex projects.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to take the bar exam).
