Job Overview:
A well-established law firm located in Andover, MA, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal services in estate planning, probate, guardianship, and elder law matters. The attorney will work closely with the firm’s clients and team, ensuring successful outcomes while maintaining the firm’s reputation for quality and professionalism.

Duties:

  • Manage client invoicing, billing records, and administrative staff tasks related to meetings and case preparation
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients, developing strategies based on their needs and goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a law firm environment, with a focus on estate planning or elder law

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Membership in the local Bar Association (active member preferred)
  • Ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism and empathy

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts
