Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury claims, including court appearances and negotiations

• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on their rights and options

• Develop and execute case strategies that align with ethical and cost-effective practices

• Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, contracts, and dispositions

• Maintain open and proactive communication with clients throughout case progression

• Perform legal research and case analysis to support litigation efforts

• Adhere to firm policies and uphold high ethical standards

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience practicing plaintiff-side personal injury law

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centered approach

• Proven negotiation and litigation abilities

• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with senior attorneys

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Louisiana
