Labor Associate Attorney

Garden City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a labor associate attorney with 8+ years of experience in collective bargaining and labor arbitration. Employment litigation is a plus. The candidate must have New York Bar admission.

The candidate must have a JD degree with excellent academic credentials. Excellent legal research and writing skills and verbal communication skills are essential. Strong professional judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are needed. The ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients is a must. Must have proactiveness, resourcefulness, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and multi-task required.
