  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Participate in client meetings and legal consultations.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in one or more of the following states: Maryland, Florida, California, or willingness to gain admission.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law, specifically in removal proceedings.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly beneficial.
  • Commitment to advocating for immigrant rights.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Active bar admission in Maryland (required), with admission in West Virginia or Pennsylvania being beneficial.
