Duties

• Provide training and presentations to clients on labor and employment law topics.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Proven experience counseling clients on employment issues and representing clients in employment litigation.
• Experience with traditional labor issues under the National Labor Relations Act.
• Experience handling NLRB administrative and enforcement proceedings, grievances, and labor arbitration.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
