Job Overview: A respected law firm based in Fullerton, CA, is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their dynamic and supportive legal team. This position requires a professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of family law experience in California. Duties:

• Handle a variety of family law cases including motions and requests for orders.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs addressing complex family law issues.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare for hearings, and argue dispositive and discovery motions.
• Manage client relationships and effectively communicate with both clients and opposing counsel.
• Independently appear at hearings, trials, and other court proceedings.
• Collaborate with the legal team on complex cases and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of family law experience in California.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in preparing legal motions, and briefs, and handling depositions.
• Ability to manage complex family law matters.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
