Duties:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in environmental and mass tort litigation.
  • Strong analytical, research, writing, and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and handle significant client responsibilities.
  • Creative and critical thinking skills to tackle complex legal issues.
  • Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm environment and judicial clerkship preferred.

Education and Certifications:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
