  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex issues into understandable terms.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in privacy and cybersecurity law, including advising on compliance and handling data security incidents.
  • Experience in a law firm or in-house privacy and cybersecurity breach response or litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in privacy and cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to manage a complex workload in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar in Ohio.
