Duties

  • Lead and manage complex legal matters across key practice areas such as Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates.
  • Develop and expand client relationships, driving business development opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
  • Mentor and manage junior associates, fostering the growth of the next generation of legal professionals.
  • Participate in firm-wide strategic initiatives and represent the firm in external matters such as conferences or client engagements.

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a partner or senior attorney in a law firm setting.
  • Strong expertise in one or more of the firm's core practice areas, including Corporate, Litigation, or Trusts & Estates.
  • Proven track record of business development and client management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while leading legal projects.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the bar in at least one jurisdiction where the position is based.
