Duties

  • Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and experts.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to develop case strategies.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Connecticut State Bar.
  • 1–6 years of experience in medical malpractice defense litigation.
  • At least 1 year of trial experience in Connecticut state and federal courts.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Connecticut State Bar.
