Duties

• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the process.
• Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys to ensure smooth case management.
• Maintain thorough documentation and case files, adhering to confidentiality protocols.

Requirements

• Active law license in good standing for the state of practice.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation.
• In-depth knowledge of state-specific personal injury laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply legal precedents and statutes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence.
