A law firm seeks an experienced and dedicated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will represent clients in personal injury cases, ensuring that they receive exceptional legal care and securing favorable outcomes. Attorneys will manage cases through litigation, including trial preparation and client communication, while also maintaining a high standard of legal expertise and client service.

Duties

• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their cases and provide expert legal advice.
• Manage personal injury litigation cases from start to finish, including trial preparation and execution.
• Keep clients informed about case progress, settlements, and any negotiations with insurance companies.
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials, advocating for their rights.
• Prepare legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Maintain and update case files regularly, ensuring all legal details are documented accurately.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to secure favorable outcomes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• At least 6 years of litigation experience, with significant first-chair trial experience.
• Active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is an advantage.
• Proven ability to evaluate personal injury claims and effectively negotiate settlements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to legal challenges.
• Self-sufficient and able to manage caseloads independently in an office setting.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Georgia Bar and in good standing.
