Duties:

• Work alongside experienced trial attorneys on high-stakes mass tort cases.
• Prepare cases for trial, including conducting discovery, drafting motions, and handling depositions.
• Represent clients in court, participating in hearings and oral arguments.
• Advise clients and colleagues on case strategies and legal developments.
• Manage case files and documentation to ensure smooth legal processes.
• Collaborate with experts and other professionals to strengthen case presentations.
• Conduct legal research and provide written analysis on complex issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant civil litigation experience.
• Proven expertise in trial preparation, written discovery, and motion practice.
• Experience with mass tort litigation is highly preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong research, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with eminent domain or appellate law is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar License in California (required).
