Job Overview: A law firm in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Mid-Level Debt Finance Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds.

Job Duties:

  • Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and promptly reply to correspondence.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.
  • Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.
  • Foster positive work relationships.
  • Comply with all firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in physical and sedentary activity, such as working at a computer for extended periods, including on-screen reading and typing, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.
  • Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (NC required).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds.
