Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Overview:

A prestigious law firm in Phoenix, AZ, is looking to add an experienced Associate Attorney to their team. This role requires a dedicated and knowledgeable attorney to provide legal counsel, conduct in-depth research, prepare documents, and represent clients in various legal matters. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, legal expertise, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Duties:

• Advise clients on various legal matters, including employment law.
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, contracts, and other documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and administrative proceedings.
• Actively participate in trials, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Analyze case files, statutes, and precedents to form effective legal strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through clear and consistent communication.
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff for efficient case management.
• Adhere to legal standards, ethical guidelines, and firm policies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Arizona.
• Proficiency with document review software and case management systems.
• Experience in litigation, contract law, or corporate law.
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and analytical skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the State of Arizona.
