Family Law Attorney

A law firm in Highlands Ranch, Colorado is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience in family law. The ideal candidate must be actively admitted to the Colorado Bar, demonstrate exceptional writing skills through writing samples, possess strong verbal communication skills, and exhibit excellent attention to detail. Duties:

• Represent clients in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Attend court hearings, trials, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the legal process.
• Manage case files and deadlines effectively.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff.

Requirements:

• Active admission to the Colorado Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in family law.
• Demonstrated exceptional writing skills through writing samples.

Education:
