Duties:

• Advocate on behalf of clients in depositions, pre-trial hearings, and court proceedings

• Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing parties, and the judiciary

• Assist senior attorneys in case analysis, strategy, and trial preparation

Requirements:

• Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing

• Between 1-3 years of relevant legal experience, ideally focused on personal injury litigation

• Demonstrated capability in drafting legal documents and conducting oral arguments

• Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a nationally accredited law school
