Job Overview: A Riverside-based law firm is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic attorney with 0-5 years of experience to join their team. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on matters related to public agency and education law.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex issues.
• Represent clients in hearings, meetings, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members on case strategies.
• Advise public agencies, educational institutions, and boards on compliance, regulations, and governance.
• Assist in presenting and preparing materials for legal training and workshops.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience in a legal setting, preferably with a focus on public agency or education law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California State Bar license in good standing.
