We are recruiting on behalf of a distinguished law firm for a Real Property Associate Attorney with significant experience in real property litigation. The ideal candidate will have New Jersey litigation experience and the ability to handle complex real estate litigation matters. This is an opportunity to join a leading practice known for its expertise in riparian matters and title litigation.

Duties:

  • Handle complex real estate litigation matters, including riparian and title litigation.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court and at hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
  • Advise clients on real property disputes and litigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams on case preparation and strategy.
  • Stay current with developments in real property and litigation law.

Requirements:

  • Real property litigation experience, with a strong focus on New Jersey litigation.
  • Ability to independently handle complex real estate matters.
  • Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
  • Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar (or eligibility for admission).

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (or the ability to obtain admission).

Skills:

  • Expertise in real property law, particularly in riparian and title litigation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
