Employment Litigation Associate

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on defending employers against various employment-related claims while providing strategic guidance and training.

Duties:

• Litigate and defend lawsuits related to a wide array of employment claims and discrimination charges.
• Counsel and train employers on diverse employment and labor law matters.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, arbitrations, and before administrative agencies regarding employment disputes, including class actions, discrimination, harassment, and contract issues.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with a solid academic background.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment or commercial litigation.
• Preferred experience in employment law.
• Active membership in the Arizona Bar and in good standing.
• Knowledge of state and federal agency procedures.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Strong emphasis on professionalism, teamwork, and collegiality.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Current Arizona Bar admission.
