Duties:

• Assess potential medical malpractice cases and analyze relevant medical records.
• Conduct thorough research to support case evaluation.
• Consult with clients to discuss case details and assess potential claims.
• Collaborate with medical experts to understand the standard of care and causation of injuries.
• Assist in the decision-making process regarding the acceptance or rejection of medical malpractice cases.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions and litigation-related activities.
• Work closely with the firm’s managing partners and other legal professionals.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the firm by providing valuable insights and leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical malpractice law or related legal fields, including medical risk management.
• Proven ability to analyze complex medical records and case files.
• Experience working with medical professionals and experts to determine causation and departures from the standard of care.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while handling individual responsibilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Certifications:
