The role involves guiding clients through the legal process, ensuring they receive optimal care, and securing favorable outcomes. This attorney will serve as a trusted advisor, updating clients regularly, liaising with insurance companies, and, when necessary, preparing and trying cases in court.

Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss case details, provide support, and build trust
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and settlement offers
• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court if required
• Evaluate claims to develop effective legal strategies
• Negotiate settlements and advise clients on potential outcomes

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 6+ years of litigation experience
• 1st chair trial experience
• Active membership in the Arizona Bar, with good standing

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona
