The ideal candidate should be proficient in preparing filings, conducting legal research, and communicating effectively with clients and government officials. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.

  • Communicate with government agencies and personnel via phone and written correspondence.
  • Manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

  • Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients on immigration matters.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Minnesota or eligibility for admission.
  • Experience in handling immigration cases is preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish or proficiency in a second language is desired.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Certifications:
